He was predeceased by: his parents, Leuta Levu and Tanuvasa Choulee; his grandparents, Faaleiloa and Seleni Pua; and his siblings, Siliva Choulee, Maa Tanuvasa, Penina Savelio, Dorena Vaisagote, Faatali, Maka Fonoti and Saipisa Choulee.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Haley Blossom, Brooke, Gabriella, Noah Matai, Legend and Taimane; and his siblings, Sao Taufetee, Lalelei Fonoti, Vai, Manaia, Mui Choulee, Lote Rouse, Tau, Alalita, Wayne II, Aukilani and Mapusaga Choulee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
