He is survived by: his wife Carmelita O'Callaghan; and his sons, Michael A. O'Callaghan and Edward O'Callaghan (Priscilla). He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Valley of the Temples Main Chapel (47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church (800 Kaheka St, Honolulu, HI 96814). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery (47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744).
