He is survived by: his wife Kehau Kekaula; his children, Jesse Kaniala Kekaula, Jay Kawika Kekaula (Shayna Kekaula), Janya Kekaula and Julia-Naomi Lindsey-Kekaula; his grandchildren, Tusitala Kaniaupio-Kekaula, Piikea Kekaula, Elias Kekaula, Paliku Isaacs-Kekaula, Ko'iau Isaacs-Kekaula, Apikalia Isaacs-Kekaula, Baby, Kiele, Luna and Kawai; and his sisters, Sharon Miranda and Faala Mautautia.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 41-253 Ilauhole St, Waimanalo, HI 96795.
