He is survived by: his children, Ralph Uchima Jr. of Honomu, Wendy Butts (Skipper) of Honomu and Norine Vincent (Mike) of Hilo; his siblings, Roger Uchima of Hilo, Donald Uchima (Mary Jane) of Honomu, Annette Patao (Lawrence) of Pepeekeo, Claudia Shimabukuro of Hilo and Diane Uchima of Hilo; and his brother-in-law Larry Aguinaldo (Lani) of Hilo. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
