It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Mae Mau (Kahului, Hawaii), born in Puunene, Hawaii, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fusae Shiraki (Moniz) and Stanley Moniz; and her son Scott. She is survived by : her children, Preston Mau and Aimee Swaney (Mau); her son-in-law Douglas Swaney; and her grandchildren, Autumn Helie, Elijah Helie, Ian Swaney and Caleb Swaney.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ballard Family Mortuary (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732).
