It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Nancy Medeiros (Kahului, Hawaii), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her significant other Mark Medeiros; her children, Malia Medeiros (Torrey) and Lopaka Medeiros (Brandi); her brothers, Robert Borgstede (Jean) and Peter Schoop (Becky); her grandchildren, Sela Panuve, Ma'ake Panuve, Chelsea Pagaduan (Justin), Kailee-Mae Medeiros and Kaimana Medeiros; and her great grandchildren, Keola and Lanakila Pagaduan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 30th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ballard Family Mortuary-Kahului (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
