He is survived by: his daughter Kai'ulani Angel Carroll; and his sisters, Carrie Laina Carroll, Jerrybeth De Mello (Ronald), Lillian Alameida (George), Faith Ancog (Jeffrey-Lynn) and Rebecca Keliiheleua.
