He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Diggs and Thomas Diggs; and his son Michael Daryl Diggs. He is survived by: his wife Teresita Pasion Diggs; his sister Jeanetta R. Jackson; his daughter Tessie Jean Diggs; his stepson Roger D. Sherman; his great-niece Kari L. Clark; and his godson Derrick Hodge.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary - Makai Chapel at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park (47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery (2177 Puowaina Dr, Honolulu, HI 96813).
