He is survived by: his wife Penny; and his children, Evelyn Gilbert of Kapaau, Hawai'i, Jennifer Mazur (Kevin) of Babylon, Angela Lundberg of Eugene, Oregon, Adriana Leitch of Babylon, Adam Lundberg (Chelsey) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Ryder Leitch of Kapaau. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
