Medeiros and Leona Asako Teruya Medeiros; his siblings, Janelle Puanani Bailey and Joshua Medeiros; his nieces and nephews, Issac Bailey, Ivan Bailey, Tatiana Medeiros and Ivy Bailey; and his great-nephews, Boss Akahi Bailey and Cash Akahi Bailey.
