Ernest left this world on November 17, 2025 at the age of 59, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. and Wahine; and his siblings, Cody, Conrad and Tammy.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Charlene "Mana'o" Moleta (Jared), Charalyse "Mapu" Akoi and John "Ioane" Puaa (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Kaanohiulakala, Kyren, Aleyna, Kamakana, Dominic, Kapeka and Kia'i; his siblings, William Puaa Jr. (Kim), Charmaine Cox (Jack), Stanley Puaa (Tiare), Koni Puloka (Stephanie) and Ziggy Puaa (Marivic); and his great-nephew Ernest. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ballard Family Mortuary-Kahului (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732).
