He is survived by : his close friend Darlene Lewi of Pahoa; his siblings, Dale Rubin (Melanie) of North Carolina, Donald Rubin (Janice) of Sacramento, Janese Rubin of California, Linda Rubin of Kailua-Kona, Marsha Rubin of Texas and David Rubin of Maui; his stepmother Mary Alice Rubin of Kailua-Kona; and his stepsister Angie Dungate (Peter) of Kailua-Kona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
