He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kitchen of Pahoa, HI; his children, Marvin Anthony Elias (Kamina Elias) of Pahoa, HI, Michael David Kitchen of Pahoa, HI, Sandia Mazza (Brett Mazza) of Tempe, AZ and April Dawn of Bellingham, WA; his brother Robert Kitchen of Utah; his grandchildren, Jessica Katina and Christopher Jones; and his nephew Rodney Diamond (Lorrie). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
