He is survived by: his siblings, Annie Kamahele Hale, Luka Hale, Peter Hale, Rhoda Hale, Nancy Hale, John Hale, Earl Hale and Issac Hale; his wife Barbara Jean Hale; his stepchild Piilani J. Kanekoa (Caylan) of Oahu; his stepgrandchildren, Kaleo Naiga and Mahealani Deloso; his stepchild Puanani J. Raymond (Steven) of Maui; his stepgrandchildren, Kana'ina and Emma; his stepson Johnny P; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley and Malia; Justin, Kalena, Kuulei Pa'u and Kahekili. He is also survived by numerous daughters and sons.
