He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Ogawa (Keith) of Hilo, Sharon Hirota (Don) of Hilo and Sandi Rosario (Darren) of Papaikou; and his siblings, Gilbert Chang (Okyo) of Hilo, Jerry Chang of Hilo and Shirlene Rayoan (Leroy) of Hilo. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
