He is survived by: his girlfriend Monica Pacheco of Papaikou; his children, Tristen, Treyson Moniz of Hilo, Keisha Moniz (Makahi Pai) of Hilo, Keerstin Moniz of Honomu and Kyree Moniz (Shey Lorenzo-Hoover) of Honokaa; his siblings, Dale Sato (Nohea) of Laupahoehoe and Corilinn Sato of Las Vegas; his parents-in-law, Rusty and Mary Ann Pacheco of Paauilo; and his brothers-in-law, James Pacheco (Donna) of Papaikou, Mac Pacheco (Christine) of Ahualoa and Jeremy Pacheco (Sheerah) of Paauilo. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
