He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Lesley Puakehau Johnson (Derrick) and Jess Kanoe Alexander-Covington (Mauloaokala); his grandchildren, Ale'a, Lincoln Nainoa, Steel Nakoa Johnson and Kaiuanoe Covington; and his siblings, Carl and Collette Alexander (late Mark Alexander).
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ballard Family Mortuary-Kahului (440 Ala Makani St, Kahului, HI 96732).
