He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Wanstead of Volcano; and his children, Michael Wanstead of Volcano, William Wanstead of Volcano, Cindy DeCastro (Manuel) of Wahiawa and Carolyn Wanstead (Troy) of Volcano. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
