He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Chang and Elizabeth K Chang of Hana, Maui.; his wife Frances; his daughters, Franzelle "Ipo" Barcarse (Ross), Cheryl, Claynette "Sui Lan" Funai (Isaac) and Chereen Miyamoto (Carl); his granddaughter Regina Ramos; and his brother William Chang. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
