He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard (Doris Maeda) and Maui. He is survived by: his wife Charla; his children, Natalie (Rusty), Matthew, Charisse (Leslie) and Aaron (Ciera); and his siblings, Gail (Stanley), Leslie, Lance (Lauren), Heidi and June. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
