He is survived by: his wife Delma Ubaldo Torres; his sisters, Agustina T. Mangisel and Cayetana T. Caritativo; his children, Delbert Torres (Lydia), Maureen Kaniho (Billy), Bobby Torres (Shiela), Grace Yagin (Nolly) and Ann Marie Desierto (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Jezabel Torres-Huynh (Tyler), Justin Torres, Isaiah Torres, Andrew Yagin, Christian Desierto, Matthew Yagin and Ava Torres. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
