He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. MacLeod, MD and Barbara A. MacLeod. He is survived by: his son Kaian MacLeod; and his siblings, Jamie MacLeod (Cindy), Nancy Prewitt (Bruce) and Cathy MacLeod (Philip). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and cousins.
