He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Meinders and Carolyn Meinders (DeVries); his wife Dawn Meinders; his father-in-law Rock Reeves; and his brother-in-law Dave Wagner.
He is survived by: his sons, Clayton Meinders (Kelli) of Cedar Falls and Caleb Meinders (Brianna) of Waterloo, Iowa; his granddaughter Kennie Marie; his siblings, Krista Dieken (Bruce) of Ackley, Iowa and Greg Meinders (Chasity) of Pleasant Hill, Iowa; his girlfriend Dulci Arends of Ackley, Iowa.; his sister-in-law Adriane Martinez (John); and his mother-in-law Carol Reeves. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
