She is survived by: her son Steven Lee Ackerman (Steve Bennett); her grandchild Bailey Ackerman (Shelby Campbell); her great grandchild Dustin Ackerman of Ames; her stepchildren, Leon Meyer of Ackley, Linda Nielsen (Bob) of Akron, LaVonne Witte (Scott) of Rock Valley and Laureen Guemmer (Rick) of Clinton; her stepdaughter-in-law Doreen Meyer of Aplington; her stepgrandchildren, Emily, Luke, Erin, Matthew, Andrew, Garret, John, Adam, Mike, Seth, Sara and Erica; her great grandchildren, Barron Michaela, Desmond Michaela, Weston Michaela, Gage Tasler, Axle Tasler, Leah Campbell, Brody Campbell and Kane Campbell; her siblings, Dee Alberts (Robert) of Cedar Falls and Jim Schipper (Elaine) of Ankeny; and her sisters-in-law, Agnes Ackerman of Ackley and Lavera Ackerman of California.
