She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldor Moe and Helen Moe (Smith); her husband Ronald Dean Plowman; her grandchildren, Tyler Micheal Tibken and Alie Marie Ferguson; her brothers, Rollo and Eric Moe; her in-laws, Leon, Wanita Plowman, Hans and Iva Fredericksen; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Fredericksen and Kathy Lenz.
She is survived by: her children, Leann Tibken (Mike), Leslie Stork (Keith), Darrin Plowman (Julie) and Brian Plowman (Chantal); her grandchildren, Ben Tibken (Madelynn) and Abigail Tibken; her children, Emma Ferguson (Emily Benna), Levi Stork (Katey), Derek Stork (Taylor), Zachary Stork, Kaylie Koch (Nathan), Kennedy Freund (Adam), Cole Plowman, Clayton Plowman (Chelsey), Ryan Richter, Monica Kellogg (Brock), Andy Richter (Stacy) and Nick Richter (Kendra); her great grandchild Baby Boy Tibken; her grandchildren, Sloane Benna, Maeve, Quinn Stork, Grant Freund, Collins, Cayne, Callum Plowman, Ethan, Caden Richter, Cora, Ivy, Summer Kellogg, Addi, Reece, Millie Richter, Myles, Mason and Lexi Richter; her brothers, Tom Moe (Vicki) and Gary Moe (Poppy); her siblings-in-law, David Plowman (Kris), Ivan Fredericksen (Karen), Roger Fredericksen (Dee) and Gloria Fredericksen; her niece Cheryl Weber; and also Ingrid Cattanach. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Adair Community Building (308 Stuart St, Adair, IA 50002). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church - Casey (104 E 1st St, Casey, IA 50048). A committal service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. A reception was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adair Community Building (308 Stuart St, Adair, IA 50002).
