He is survived by: his wife Debra (Barber) of Anita; his parents-in-law, Larry Barber and Connie Calhoun; his son Mathew Hollinrake (Keri); his grandchildren, Toria, Blake and KC; his son Jonathan Hollinrake (Dianna); his grandchildren, Caitlyn and Conner; his daughter Elizabeth Warntjes (Adam); his grandchildren, Bailey and Hunter; and his siblings, Maureen Sheeder (Dale) and Wayne Hayes (Pam).
