We announce the death of Mark Alan Uhlman in Guthrie Center, Iowa, who passed away on October 14, 2026, at the age of 67. Mark will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Alvin Sheeder. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Sheeder, Cynthia Ruth (Randy) of Adair and Jolene Sisler (Steve) of Anita; his aunt Gladys Kading of Adair; and his nieces and nephews, Kirk Sheeder (Kate) of Coon Rapids, MN, Brian Sheeder (Lauren) of Fontanelle, Cory Sheeder of Adair, Whitney Harper (Brandon) of Adair and Quinn Baudler (Brad) of Adair.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Adair Community Building. A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Adair Community Center (308 Stuart St, Adair, IA 50002). A committal service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery (1080 IA-44, Kimballton, IA 51543). A reception was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adair Community Building.
Memorials may be directed to the Uhlman Family, as they will be designated at a later date in memory of Mark.
