We announce the death of Wilma L. Fagan of Adair, Iowa, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 95. Wilma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Cave. She is survived by: her mother Faye Bassett Cave; her husband Philip Fagan; her children, Joan Lents and Tom Fagan (Nita); her grandchildren, Trista Emgarten (Mark), Lindsay Skram, Lou McQueen, Jason Fagan (Jen), Rob McQueen, Marcus Fagan (Stefany) and Katie Wheatley (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Macy, Cash, Reece Emgarten, Cole Reha (Cheinie), Thomas, William, Brady Skram, Mason, Dash, Jax McQueen, Avrie, Rush, Kruz, Nixon, Lettie Fagan and Dallas Wheatley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (804 5th St, Adair, IA 50002). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Cemetery (804 5th St, Adair, IA 50002). A reception was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Adair Community Building (308 Stuart St, Adair, IA 50002).
