He is survived by: his mother Connie Kay Metzler (Wright) of Ogden; his wife Amanda Hay (Nicolaisen) of Perry; his children, Kaylee Hay of Perry, Austin Hay of Michigan, Justin Hay of Ogden and Cayden Hay of Perry; his grandchildren, Oliver and Oaklyn; and his brothers, Darrell Shield of Perry and Jeff Hay (Maggie) of Maxwell. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
