She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Booth and Myrtle Booth (Gearhart); her husband Harold Hulbert; and her siblings, Marvis Booth and Marilyn Stafford.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hulbert (Peggy) of Van Meter, Melissa Hulbert of Des Moines and Barbara Caldwell (John) of Winterset; her grandsons, James Hulbert and Zachary Caldwell; her great grandchildren, Raven Montique, Jaden Hulbert, Seth Caldwell and Amethyst Caldwell; and her great great grandchild Monroe Montique.
