She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shives and Anna Mae Shives (Hoffard); her son Mike; her stepdaughter Stacie; and her siblings, Sharlene Bergamo and Chuck Shives.

She is survived by: her former husband Duane Tigges; her husband Steve Daugherty; her son Brian Tigges (Barb); her stepsons, Scott Daugherty (Dee), Jack Daugherty (Meghan) and Dustin Daugherty (Amanda); her daughter-in-law Laurie Tigges; her siblings, Pam Jensen (Randy), Teri Hartwig (Dave), Jackie Beam (Don) and Bobby Shives (Traci); and her siblings-in-law, Barry Bergamo (Sue) and Lynne Shives. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to a charity of your choice in Candi's name.
