It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Costello (Adel, Iowa), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son James "Jimmy" Costello; his mother Delores Gill (Omelia); his stepfather Thomas Gill; and his siblings, Rainey Gill and Ricky Gill.
He is survived by: his wife Christine "Kay" Costello; his daughter Terri McVey (Ron); his granddaughters, Tiffany Gleba, Lauren Gleba and Brittiany Gleba; his great grandchild Ava Mendez; and his siblings, Theresa "T. T." Gill, Thomas Gill and Chris Gill.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Jim.
