He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Roy and Margaret Noe (Lang); his wife Elise Noe (Stoops) of Dallas Center; and his sister Gretchen Williams (Noe). He is survived by: his children, Lance Noe (Debbie) and Claudette Sederburg (Kelvin); and his grandchildren, Morgan Wessels (Phillip), Bryce Sederburg (Amelia Richards) and Caleb Noe.
