She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Forsman. She is survived by : her brother Jerry Whitnable (Marsha) of Medina; and her children, Scott Forsman (Hollie) of Ellsworth, WI and Joni Williams (Kenny) of Nevada, IA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Adel United Methodist Church or Spurgeon Manor.
