She is survived by: her husband Terry Evans; her daughters, Leslie Kollasch (Leon) of Granger and Tracy Evans of Adel, Iowa; and her sister Mary Jo Bailey. She is also survived by four nieces, four nephews, four grand-nephews, seven grand-nieces, two great-grand-nephews, and one great-grand-niece.
