She is survived by: her daughter Colleen Catania (John); her daughter-in-law Margie Kenney (Robert); her grandsons, Matthew (Emily), Timothy (Monica) and Joshua (Kate); her great grandchildren, Judah, Norah, Oliver, Archer and Indie; her cousins, Harry and Dennis; and her sister-in-law Jessie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Phylis' memory.
