She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVerne Morris Spearing and Alma Marie Crispin Spearing; and her siblings, Keith Spearing, Marjorie Courtney, June Bailey and Diana Springer.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregory and Randall; her husband Carroll Lee York of Adel; her sons, Greg York (Sue), Randy York (Deb), Kent York (Michelle) and Dan York (Kathy); her grandchildren, Christine Meggison (Michael), Caren Linderman (Nate), Randy York II, Alex York (Tasha), Hannah Caranci (Nick) and Samantha York; and her great grandchildren, Tess, Jack, Everly, Jaxon, Tucker, Marley and Nash.
