He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Oosterhuis and Grace Oosterhuis (Griede); his sister Eleanor Bruinius; and his siblings-in-law, John Bruinius, Kathleen Williams (Hibma) and Stanley Hibma.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan; his wife Henrietta (Hibma); his children, Matt (Heather Rae), Jon (Heather Jean) and Deb Moore (Robb); his grandchildren, Katherine, Jared, Alec and Ethan; his children, Olivia, Norah, Evan, Greta, Vera, Ava and Elisabeth; his sisters, Dorothy Greendyke (Peter) and Grace Sedakis (Elwood); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hibma and Martha Hibma.
