He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Wass and Lillian Wass. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Jackson; his children, Terry Wass (Shari), Cappie Buchholtz (Scott), Niccie Kliegl (Jeff), Heather Zimmerman (Matt) and Amber Romero (Jake); his grandchildren, Hayes, Abby, Alex, Jaquie, Tobias, Raef, Raya, Riley, Colvin, Hayleigh, Gavin and Sienna; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Berkeley, Dawson, Fischer, Ava, Adam, Iris and Theia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to the Winterset Green Rogers American Legion Post #184 and/or to Immanuel Lutheran Church for their memorial fund.
