He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Sr. Wiley and Mary Wiley (Teale); his siblings, Willa Marie Farrell, James Wiley, Peggy Sandage, Jack Wiley and Arthur Wiley; and his granddaughter-in-law Jasmynne Scheel.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Wiley of Adel; his children, Debbie Slater (Bob) of Waukee, Tena McNeal (Steve) of Waukee and Brent Wiley (Debbie) of Clive; his grandchildren, Brandon Scheel, Justin Scheel (Daniel), Allison Grettenberg (Regan), Cassie Miller (Alex), Derrick Wiley (Claire) and Trevor Wiley; and his stepgrandchildren, Casey Slater (Chelsea) and Kelly Slater (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Waukee (900 S Warrior Ln, Waukee, IA 50263). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Central Iowa or Immanuel Lutheran Church of Waukee.
