With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daryl Dwayne Smith of Ainsworth, Iowa, who passed away on March 3, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith L. Ogden and Daryl "Duke" Harris; his brother Craig Harris; and his grandmother Carthell Ogden. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Smith (Ledger); his son Sam Smith (Gabi); his brothers, Chuck, Wayne, Lance and Russell; and his stepmother Deatra Harris.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Hospice of Washington County.
