He is survived by: his wife Lois Riggan of Ainsworth, Iowa; his children, Richard Riggan (Janet) of Ainsworth, Laurisa Jackson (Keith) of Elkhorn and Lavinia Horton (Tracy) of Muscatine, Iowa; his grandchildren, Erica Greiner (Jeremy), Austin Riggan (Shelby), Allyson Ziegenhorn (Jeff), James, Brandyn, Emma Beemblossom, Colton Horton, Olivia, Isabelle and Blake Jackson; his great grandchildren, Elaina, Amiyah, Jessa, Jareck Greiner, Gracie, Grant Riggan, John and Layla Beemblossom; his siblings, Marcia Blakemore (Melvin), Elizabeth Droll (Gary), Virginia Lee (Lonnie), Michael Riggan (Diane), Sandra Kleckner (Jack) and Kenneth Riggan (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Karma Riggan, Gayle Barnes, Sharon Riggan, Barbara Riggan, Linda Riggan and Gary Mincer (Kay).
