She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her children, Kimberlee Heyl (David) of Akron, SD, Kerrie Olson (Doug) of Akron and Kory McMillan of Le Mars, IA; her grandchildren, Amanda Ackerson (Nathan) of Fort Dodge, IA, Quinn Heyl (Kristina MaComb) of Le Mars, Jarett Heyl (Carli) of Elk Point, SD, Arlena Heyl (Trenton Tooker) of Akron, Spencer Olson (Jada Lembcke) of Sioux Falls, SD, Natalie Olson of Ames, IA and Kendra Olson of Akron; her great grandchildren, Zyra Heyl, Beckett Heyl, Weslie Heyl, Emmeline Heyl, Axel Ackerson and Genevieve Heyl; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis McMillan (Sandy) of Akron, Kelvin McMillan (Janet) of Hawarden, IA, Edward McMillan (Karma) of Chatsworth, IA and Lorna Cross (Donald) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rexwinkel Funeral Home - Akron (601 Torbert Blvd, Akron, IA 51001). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
