She was predeceased by: her parents, David Workman and Ella Workman (McGuire); her children, Eldon Sitzman Jr., Charles Sitzman, Shelia Sitzman, Pat Sitzman and Dallas Sitzman; her grandson Bobby Shimitz; her great grandchildren, Mikhail Broyhill and Nikita Broyhill; and her siblings, Junior, Louise and Raymond.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Marie Gag (Bobby), Christina Loftus (Ronald), Martin Sitzman, Dorothy Yanak (Larry), Barb Sitzman and Leslie Sitzman; and her sister Janie Kittle. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rexwinkel Funeral Home - Akron (601 Torbert Blvd, Akron, IA 51001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery - Neptune (28170 Nature Ave, Hinton, IA 51024).
