He is survived by: his children, Chad Coon (Jen) of Cedar Falls, IA, Rebecca Slater (Dan) of Sac City, IA and Tyler Coon (Beth) of Polk City, IA; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Scheffers, Megan Owens (Sean), Connor Slater, Michael Slater, Tommy Coon, Lauren Coon, Carter Slater, Lincoln and Oaklynn Coon; his great grandchildren, Hannah Scheffers, Shiloh and Lillian Owens; and his siblings, Larry Coon (Deb) of Lytton, IA and Pat Carlson of Storm Lake, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
