She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Charles and Alice Elaine Parker (Johnson); her husband Ed Clouse; her great grandchildren, Bekah and Sage; and her brothers, Lynn and Jay.

She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Clouse (Sheela) and Phillip Clouse (Laura); and her grandchildren, Latisha Guthrie (Brad), Tyler Clouse (Erin), Wesley Clouse, Louie Clouse (Cara), Craig Sherman (Amber Lynn), Drew Sherman (Riley), Alyssa Sherman (Zach McSparen) and Gunner Maupin (Aaliyah). She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

A memorial has been established to the Welcome Home Soldier Monument in Albia.
