It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Dean Giltner of Albia, Iowa, who passed away on July 11, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Jean Elizabeth Giltner (McElroy); his son Michael Dwane Giltner; his father Frank Giltner; his parents-in-law, Eunice and Lloyd Nichols; his sister Carolyn McKinney; his half-brother Rod Giltner; and his brother-in-law Don Nichols.

He is survived by : his wife Pam; his children, Matthew Don Giltner (Kristi), Angel Lynn Stanley (Jim) and Kimberly Jean Bricker (Joe); his daughter-in-law Judy Giltner; his grandchildren, Brooke Giltner, Mackenzie Giltner, Alexandria Downey (Noah), Madison Giltner (Joshua Brees), Shyanne Stanley, Samantha Perleberg (Beau), Sabrina Giltner, Austin Stanley, Emma Giltner, Logan Bricker and Sydney Bricker; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Downey, Oaklee Brees and Christopher Downey; his sisters, Marilyn Goldsberry of Colorado and Cindy Stricker of Tennessee; his half-sisters, Sharon Guacheno of California and Patty Maynard of Alabama; and his friend Lynn McBee. He is also survived by several cousins and good friends, including cousin.

In lieu of flowers, an open memorial has been established to the family to be determined at a later date.
