He is survived by: his daughters, Kerri Walker (Matt) and Kristie Oberender (Scott); his granddaughters, Tori, Deven, Dakota, Daytan, Dallace, Dawsan and Dannie Lynn; his great grandchildren, Haiden, Harper and Hailey; his sibling's children, Lisa, Robert, Kevin and Kori; his great-nephews, Tavin, Leigh and Kenny Custard; and his granddaughters, Cortney and Laurie.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Des Moines Elk Lodge #98 (5420 NE 12th Ave, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327).
