He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice John (MJ) and Dorothy Mae Belken (Fistler); his wife Linda Stephenson; and his brother Jerry Lee Belken. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Blackmon (John) of Atlanta, GA and Matthew John "MJ" Belken (Laura) of Iowa Falls; and his grandchildren, John Finlay Blackmon of Atlanta, GA., Jude Sorensen Blackmon of Atlanta, GA. and Lucy Belken Blackmon of Atlanta, GA..
