It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell John Meister of Alden, Iowa, born in Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John Meister; his wife Beryl Jean Light; and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his son Rudy (Hannah) of Story City, IA; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Amos; his mother Lou of Hubbard, IA; and his siblings, Jan Porter of Columbia, MO, Shirley Bunte of Hubbard, IA, LeRoy of Tempe, AZ and John of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
